why can't all the gaming companys get together and make 1 controller for all consoles, has anybody had one of those times where you played xbox so much that ps2 controllers feel so small you have to get used to them again, or something similar?

well if your saying that why not just say give us one console. You could get controllers for one console that looks like its for another but only from third party companies coz each company has its own goal and standard.

Well,I dont think that this opinion might ever be possible because there are too many buttons to put on one controller and we might get confused with what is what,understand?

I have that sometimes when I played on my Gamecube (which barely happens) and the switch to my ps2. The controller is so small then. But I don't think we should have one controller for every console. Each controller has its own buttons and it would just be unoriginal in a way.

Aren't there converter plugs for using an PS2 controller on an XBOX, and vice versa?  Just go get one of those for whichever one is your favorite.

The entire point of each company having their own product is to be different.  Especially with the Revolution's controller, its just another way for every console to stand out, be noticed.  Because of that, you couldn't convince even two of the companies, let alone all three to agree on a single controller model.

Can't say its ever bothered me.

The xbox controller is the most daunting, but I can still use it if I've bene playing GC or DS all week.

it would work, but Sony and Microsoft may leave the whole idea, and put there own two controllers together.

I really don't think that would happen since each company would want their own signature controller were their system.
