Is there any way to get the pokemon from a pokemon rom onto pokemon stadium 1/2?

I just browsed project 64 quickly and couldn't find that option.
i may be wrong, and other emulators might have that function, but no promises.

the newest version of project 64 says that it may be possible to do so in the future if an adapter comes with that option!!!!

yes you can on PJ64K.  Basically it will ask for the GBC catridge and the GBC sav file.  Point to them in the Controller configuration and you should be able to use them.  Only works for the gameboy color games...not the newer versions!
