My friend and I are trying to NetBattle each other in Megaman Battle Network 5: Team of Blues and Team of Colonel, but it won't connect. I read the tutorial on the site and it says one of us needs to be running something called vbaserver.exe (?), and I don't know where to find it. Can someone help?

when you download VBALink it should have came with VBAServer.  In other words, it is included. try searching for the Archive file and than extract the vbaserver.exe or check to where your VBA.exe is located and see if it was extracted to there while you were extracting it.
