Forums · Saturn BIOS

I can't find the Saturn BIOS anywhere, I have Satourne, the Gaurdian Heroes bin file *will bin work? I hope so...* And everything's ready to roll except for the accursed BIOS files, can someone please post a link? thanks in advance :)

I have Guardian Heroes in a seperatae folder and this is what's in there:
GH bin file
GH.cue

Will those work with Satourne and the BIOS?

The saturn emulators were never perfected, but I can't say for sure if it'll work or not. I'll get back to you on that.

Also, I don't think I can put the bios link here so I'll tell you a super secret method of finding the bios:

1) go to google.com
2) type this into the search: "sega saturn bios" (type it exactly, including quotes)
3) click on the first page you get. It should be called vgfreak.

Edit: I looked into it and Cassini seems to be the best emulator out there.
I tried it with some of my saturn games and it works flawlessly (but only with the euro bios for some reason)

Thank you very much, now to configure the dang BIOS files...i hope i don't need plug-ins as well :P

EDIT: YEAH! It all works good, downside is that it seems like if you run the game from the cue file that it has some weird graphical glitches and lines going through them... Would burning it to a CD solve this problem?

The program claims that running the games off of the computer rather than cds is better\faster. You may have to just live with it.
