I sure hope it will be the last war, i'd have for us to have to go to war after we are dead :P.
Anyways, The Book of Revelations is the only part of the Christian Religion (or any religion) that I beleive. The Four Horsemen have already done most of their jobs, we only have one thing left to accoplish... a uniform worldwide currency, and payment by our fingers. The end of the world will come from the Middle East launching a bomb, and us consequencly firing back, and causing another world war. Â
ot: However, the end of the world does not mean the end of civilization. Many scientists are aiming at getting at least 10000 people on the planet Mars (or any other large body, such as a moon) permanently within the next 300 years. They have already started placing micro-organisms on the planet to build up a larger atmosphere.

That last part sounds very interesting. Will people even have electricity on those other planets or on the moon?
