This is my first game, developed by MUGEN. Rather than the newbie try to make a good game with say RPG Maker and screw up, I"m trying to go for simpleness. It's a Dragon Ball Z Fighting game, 2D, somewhat similar to the Marvel vs Capcom games.

Like I said, simple. You will have an abundance of stages, and there is no story mode. There is only arcade, where you will fight numerous enemies continously.

The character are diverse. You can play as the following AS OF NOW (Which means I may add more)

-Broli
-Son Goku
-Jinzogen #16 (Android 16)
-Majin Boo
-Kid Boo (though his avatar says Super Boo)
-Bojack
-Vegetto

And here are some screenshots. Very simple, very good

When I improve a lot better, I may add a story mode and do some more work and such. I hope you enjoy it!

Looks pretty good, Dark Shadow. Why did you put Mugen?
What does it represent?

MUGEN is the program which I created it with. It's extremely good, easier than RPG Maker. I did this all yesterday and look! Not bad for a newbie =P

That's amazing. You made it all yesterday. But what about
the sound and music?

Oh that's hard. Since i developed it on my sound-ridden computer, I don't know what I'll do. I'll possibly do Bruce Faulconer's music, but it's a fighting game. So I might try Kenji Yamoto's (Budokai series) stuff and we'll see how it goes

Sound I have no IDEA what's noises are playing. Since I installed the characters, i'm assuming they have sound files as well.

I have an idea. Why not copy and  put all your files in a disc.
Then you go to a cyber cafe and do your sound and music work.

Yes I suppose that would work. I can do that for music, but I dunno about sound.

Plus ther is no cyber cafes where I live

Wow that looks great! MUGEN really seems to be a great program and your game is coming along great. Though when you are putting in the music, will it be the same from DBZ itself or will you be making your own music?

I will not say where I got the sprites. Also, It does not follow the storyline, since this is just my first game and I am building experience. My 2nd will DEFINATELY have a story, though I'd like to develop that last, instead of first.

Only Saiyans. And yep. Problem is is that you need to do a button thingy in order for them to transform. Goku can only go to SSJ3 (This is Dragon Ball Z, after all), and I dunno 'bout Vegeta, I haven't tried him.

After I redownload my OST, I lost it in a CD re-burn. And yes, it will be DBZ music, mostly Bruce Faulconer and Kenji Yamoto, though there will be some non-DBZ music in the game, which I think is a nice touch to a fighting game ^_^

Search Google for WinMugen.

I also want to inform everyone there's a tag team mode. If you checked the last batch of screenies, you might have noticed two gokus and a Broli. That's right. You can have 2 people play against each other and it's HELL

I also want to say I've removed Vegeta and imported both Bardock, and Majin Vegeta. The past one had very little powerups, and he was glitchy. The fact this Majin Vegeta's an HD rip is a little better, with a slew of new attacks. Here's some screens of him, AND the character select screen.
