What was your first played rom and how did you get it?
Then how did you know what are roms?
My first rom was pokemon blue for the gbc, I won it on a sticker promotion thing, I got it on a cd with this 4 roms inside (red yellow and pinball with it) and the emulator smygb (something alike).
Then later when pokemon crystal was newly released in japan I thought (hm........I may get this thing downloaded on the internet) I found it on a p0rno website after searching it on yahoo.
I started searching, learning and dowloading roms trough the web

my cousin showed me Metroid Zero Mission, Harry Potter and Driver 2 advance on his pc. I asked " how is this possible? " So i snagged a copy of the program off of him and didnt bother about the roms, when i got home, i read the VBA readme and it mentioned - emulation somewhere. I typed in google : emulator download and it showed up some info on how to get roms as well. I soon found out that you could get them from sites if you had the original game/s. And i went from there and now it's basic information for me to know.
my way was that my brothers friend was playing games and i said how u play gba on comp and he got nop sry SECRET man it got me pissed of hard so he wqent to the toilet and said DONT TOUCH ANYTHIN and i said fine fine geez then i got my cd and took a copy read the read me and it said from www.freewebs.com/romz-world/ i say huh ROMZ??? so i went on it and downloaded my first rom which was megaman battle network 2.
