See I want to play Megaman X 6 again but
the problem is there is an error every time
I try to load the rom,

I don't even get to the screen to pick the rom
it just says an error which is ePSX is NOT
completely configured go to config-} video
to configure it.

how do I configure it and do u even go to run
cd rom to run the game please help!!!!

You're not alone buddy, I have that same problem. :'(

lol, try finding a video plugin for your emulator, or just configure it.  Most likely you have not configured your video plugin and that is why it says:
