This is the story of Zero.
Megaman Zero, Zero, started off as a maverick who was calmed down by a great maverick hunter and Zero never malfunctioned again. He and another reploid named X, looks like megaman, but with a whiter face, hunted mavericks together to eventually fight greater foes such as Berkana, Sigma,
Omega and others, but after the maverick wars, during the elf wars, a time when Dark elves were used to control reploids to fight each other, zero went missing, I am not sure why but he got a new body, a copy, but he was never booted up. 100 years after the elf wars, he was awoken by a female scientist named Ciel whom he helped fight against Neo Arcadia, it was ciel who regenerated a copy of X, X Copy tried to destroy reploids who were wrongfully accused of being mavericks to obtain energy crystals but zero destroyed X copy. After his defeat Zero was badly damaged and decided to wander alone by himself, after a year of meaningless fights, he searched out for the resistance base. Harpuia found him unconcious and carried him to the base. I wil continue sunday! I lied, i will continue now! At the base he meets with old friends such as Ciel, most of the guards, and even the old guy! But there is one there, one from Neo Arcadia, named Elpizo who would later betray the resistance by taking two baby Elves, Crea and Prea, with him to awaken
the dark elf. Zero fights against new enemies along the way but the Three Guardians, Used to be four but Phantom self-destructed in an attempt to destroy Zero, still challenge Zero for 'fun'. When Zero arrives at Neo Arcadia He defeats Elpizo powered by the Dark elf and again when Elpizo Fusses with the Dark Elf ( Ugly! Secret! After beating Megaman Zero 2 Start New Game and Hold L Button For hard mode and one extra boss, Alpha or Omega i think, but it can't be omega...
not until MMZ3.) The Neo Arcadians have stoped attacking The resistance. Zero, two resistance soldiers, and Ciel are on a mission looking for the dark elf, They see a space ship and zero investigates, eventually he meets up with Harpuia, who flees, and also meets up with Fefnir and Leviathan. They flee from omega but Zero fights and wins, a man named Dr. Weil brought back Omega, but X Copy brought back Weil, but Weil planted a trap in X copy. Zero looks for the Dark Elf and Eventually has to fight X Copy! This battle was easy for me, After defeating X Copy,
He tries to turn into Angelic X, but the trap weil planted on him goes off and X Copy is destroyed, Weil becomes leader of Neo Arcadia and pins the blame on Zero. In the end, the final fight with Omega, there are three battles, Zero vs Omega powered w. Dark Elf , Zero vs Omega fused w. Dark Elf, and omega in Zero Original.
The last fight was the hardest and had the best sad music, sniffle, after beating Omega Zero, A cutscene plays shown Zero and Omega Zero both Weakened, Harpuia attacks Omega but to no avail, then leviathan, and then fefnir. ( If in the last stage you entered cyber-space, an extra portal appeared, it is a boss fight with Phantom, if you win he tells zero that he is not what he thinks he is, but if he is a hero he will decide for himseelf in the end. Confused? Good cause i understand!)
Then original X Spirit comes and tells zero that what matters most is the heart. Zero reflects on this for a while then you could move him. I attacked omega with my Z-saber and the end of the game. I won. Zero Awakens in the resistance base and has a cutscene, Ciel says "ZERO!" and Zero says," Thats just it... I am Zero."

[/quote]I don't know that ability... uness you mean GIGA DRAIN, all the damage you take in a stage fills up the energy bar, but you can still heal yourself during the stage.
Well Megaman X is one of my favourite games for SNES.

In Megaman X once you have every ability, heart tank, energy tank and stuff, go back to the Armoured Armidillo level and play though 4 times, each time grabbing the energy tank on top of the ledge before the boss room. On the 4th time through a capsule will be there and Dr. Light will appear in it looking like Ryu from Street Fighter. If you hop inside you'll get the Ha-do-ken ability and if you have full health and press Down, Downforward, Forward then fire, X will yell 'Ha-do-ken' in a tiny voice and you'll shoot a fireball that can destroy anything with one hit. I used it on all three stages of Sigma once. It's does the trick.

Its strange replying to myself, anyway i will finish the rest of the story as soon as i get a hold of the english rom for Megaman Zero 4. And i never tought so many people liked Zero or maybe as discussion? If so, What do you all think of this, Megaman became X and protoman became Zero?

I know one thing, how a lot of people think that megaman and X are different. They are one and the same, X is just the upgraded version.Anywho, back to Zero, I loved Megaman Zero, but haven't played 3 or 4 yet.
Zero was Dr.Wily's only good creation.

protoman never became zero he just was lost from the series when megaman zero games came out the old zero from the very first series of megamen beczme the zero we know and love today

ok, here's the deal: Megaman was a robot created by Dr. Light, Dr. Willy's creation were kind of not strong enough to counter Megaman, but after the Megaman series, Megaman was very close of breaking the first rule for robots: DO NOT harm any human!!! When Megaman almost killed Dr. Willy (even it was for good reasons), Dr. Light decided to suspend Megaman and continue to research and after many many years he built Megaman X, a superior robot (called Reploids now on) but he wasn't sure if his creation was going to follow all of his rules, or just create chaos (since there were reploids fighting for world domination, with Sigma as their leader)... so he left Megaman X in a capsule, which checked X's signs and stuff, and was supposed to release him whenever X was ready, but Dr. Light knew there would be trouble and X would need some upgrades, that's why he left capsules everywhere with enhancements and stuff... ok, now you know the story of Megaman X, my all-time favorite!!!
