Not necessarily. Some cars run on NOS. Particularily drag racing cars.
It's also the guild symbol of an Imperial guild on Starsider in Star Wars Galaxies.

hey just get need for spped underground and u will understand all,by the way nitrous oxide are illegal. extreme modded cars are illegal too. high class cars with nos arent illegal if u have a professional driving license(to get one u have to be tested by the company of ur car)
