I'm assuming there's someone here who might be knowledgable on the subject.  I'm looking to get one of these nifty doodads but it's difficult to judge the reliability of the hardware or vendors as they are generally in asia where copyright laws are less strict. 

If anyone has any knowledge about specific carts or vendors I would be indebted.

I've experienced most carts and I have to say the best one I've seen is the EZF Advance (I have 2 of em).

Every generation is good. They all have RTS, internal save battery that doesn't need to be replaced (unlike those XG Flash ones), and compatibility is high.
