It means some of your plugins are messed up. Search google for whatever game you're trying to play, you'll probably find specific plugins you should use for that particular game. (type gamename, psx plugins)

Epsxe is a playstation emulator.  I had the same problem with mine, but in my graphics plugin I just chose good instead of fast, and that pretty much solved my speed issues.

Try here: http://www.epsxe.com/files/epsxe160.zip

You'll still need all of the plugins.  There may be links to them elsewhere here on the forum, but maybe not.

Please start your own topic next time rather than piggy backing off of another.
you're questions really have nothing to do with epsxe running too quickly.

Try using a FPS on ESPXE.  if you are using Pete's plugin or any other video plugin, set the FPS to on. it should say something like LIMIT FPS (Fram per second) or something similar

My brother had the same problem, try another graphics plugin, and after that, the sound was really fast. It depends on what your computer specs are.
