I keep on trying to import sonic sprite sheets, but I can't figure out how to use them as battle sprites or map sprites in rpg 2003.

Use the Resources thing and Import your sprite. Then go to the Database and change the default sheet to your sonic sheet.

How do i delete the squares around the sprites so the square won't show around the sprite as a battle or map sprite on the map?

when importing you need to select that colour as the transparent colour.

How do i select the background as a trasparent color when importing? I'm using rpg maker 2003 you know.
