basicaly, you make an animation, for eg, if you want a man to run, you gotta draw him up one pic/frame at a time which should make out to be 6 frames of a man running.. have a practise.

r u guys crazy lol? animating with flash is hard for a guy that never even used flash!

if you use photoshop for graphics, just use adobe imageready,it comes with photoshop ^^

it has the same layout-interface so,and it works with easy pic by pic animation
also it's very easy to learn, just play with it for 10 mins ^^

www.macromedia.com, if it was 4mb you dont have the right one... mine was 200mb so...
trial version is good for 31 days, but after your time is up, you need to either format, or get a serial...

Flash requires the user to have Flash player, and you cannot just insert it onto a website by using the image tag. Flash is more used for professional web design and online movies/games.
If you want to create simple animation for like avatars, use a GIF editors.

Imageready is the best for animations. Simply make frames to your liking, set a delay time and you have a great animation.

Flash is awful hard to use.
Use imageready for simple stuff.

Flash is not hard to use, it's just different from Imageready. If you are a Macromedia Fireworks user like me (best program for gif animations in my opinion), learning Flash would just take a few seconds.

IMO, imageready is easier to use and is better for shorter/less complex animations. I used imageready for my avatar and it's easy to upload frames onto it. For more complex animations, Flash is better with tweens and actionscripts.
