You're probably downloading torrents that you somehow associated with your realplayer.

My advice to you is download a torrent program like Azerus (You can google the name, or throw a '.com' behind the name and see what happens) and open the torrent in the program. Once you've done that it should take a few days to download (Depending on your internet connection).

Just remember that a gamecube game is at most 1.8gigs, so a 3kb file won't cut it. IF you have one that small, it's probably a torrent. They usually don't have file extensions (1.e. in stead of 'monkey.torrent', it'll just be called 'monkey').

Hope that helps.
I'll write some tutorial on torrents someday....

Look in the Tutorials board for a bittorrent tutorial.

Have you downloaded Azerus yet as thaddius told you to do? Get it from here: http://www.google.com.au/url?sa=U&start=1&q=http://azureus.sourceforge.net/&e=10384

When you open it for the first time, it will probably come up with a dialog box saying if it should assosiate all torrent files with Azerus. Click yes to this. If it doesn't come up with the message, don't worry. You can still open the torrent files as long as you do it inside Azerus. However, whether the message comes up or not, try testing a torrent file by double clicking on it, and see what happens. If you did get the message it should open straight away inside Azerus, if you didn't get the message, it might open up as well. But if it didn't open up, there's a backup plan.

Open up Azerus, and you should see a series of icons along the top of the client. Click on 'Open a .torrent file' (the icon with an open folder and a lock). Now locate the torrent file and open it. If there is a valid amount of  seeders and peers, your download should start in a few minutes. You can check how many seeders and peers by checking the torrent site from where you got the torrent. You will need at least 10 seeders for a large file (though you can probably get by on 5, depending on your internet connection). Peers are normally irrelevant, but generally, the more peers, the better. (Seeds means people who will share the file with you, who already have the full file. Peers means people who are trying to download the file like you, who will share what they have of the file with you, but will also download what you have of the file from you). If the torrent file is too old (you should be able to see this on the site) then beware! There's a good chance the actual file doesn't exist anymore, any files that are more than a month old you should be wary of.

Gamecube iso's are very hard to find from the net. I'll give a few basic torrent sites just to help you, but there's a limited chance you'll be able to find the specific .iso you are looking for. You're probably better off simply getting the actual game as it will save you a lot of the trouble of finding, downloading then burning the game:

Good luck, and i hope you can get your Gamecube Game!  ;)

You will still need a gamecuibe emulator, although gamecube emulators can't run commertial games very well. Unless yo're satisfied with glitchy, slow, 3 frames per second emulation.

You can go to a place like zophar.net to find some emulators if needed.

If you don't like azerus (like me hehe) you could also try bit tornado it can be found at http://bittornado.com/. Just thought I'd add that.

As long as it isn't Bitcomet, any Bittorrent Client is fine (Bittornado is quite good too for lower resources comps, or if you only download the occasional torrent, personally it doesn't have the features and customability i would want from any program though)

Well if you have a mini-disk burner or a CD burner that support mini-disk then you could actually burn the .iso or so i have heard. I do not really know how to do this as i haven't tried it myself, i wouldn't recommend you trying it though as it may be.. a little.. out of your comfort zone.  :)

However as thaddius said there are Gamecube Emulators that you should check out, with a good enough comp you should be able to play a few Gamecube .iso's at decent speeds, so i guess you either look into that, or don't bother with the .iso's at all. IMO they are just too much work and it's really so much easier just saving up for the game you want and buying it. Or even tracking down a pirated dealer who will sell them at you (and for very cheap prices too.)

There is a mod chip for GC that one can buy, but the installation process is lengthy and difficult. I got someone to do mine for about $150 Canadian. I can burn gamecube isos onto either regular sized dvds or the mini ones and play them on my gamecube.  It's not perfect though. The burning is usually relaly tempermental as the GC discs read from outisde to in, which is the opposite way that most dvd media reads, in to out. Also the laser on your gc has to be adjusted. Not somehting an amateur would want to try. Seriously.

Yup, and that's definetly me, an amateur. Of course i can always get some guy at skool to do it for me. There's this technical modding freaking in Year 12 who could probably do it for me, but he likes to rip everyone off so i don't think it'd be worth it. Anywayz it doesn't matter, i sold my GC ages ago  :P
