Yes, well. I have VisualBoyAdvance 1.7.2 and I've had it for awhile. Today, though, I tried loading a GBA Rom, but it gave me an error message.

Failed to allocate memory ROM

It works if I load a GB/GBC rom. I've fixed this problem before, but that was a long time ago. So my memory has locked it up somewhere in the dark corners of my mind. Anyone care to help? Mind you, restarting the computer does not help. And changing the type of Gameboy under options doesn't work either even if I change it from Automatic to something else.

EDIT: I tinkered with it a bit for the past half hour. And by gosh, I think I've got it working again. Don't know how I managed to do it a second time, though. <_<;

It's probably a program you have on using the same memory location as your VBA. You probably just shut the program.
