I know it may sound silly but I just picked up this game and am really enjoying it.

I never really expected EA to make a half decent RPG. Not in a million years.

Does anyone else agree with me or am I all alone?

Its alright if you like Harry Potter...

Meh, i much prefered the Harry Potter games on GBC. The Socerer's Stone and The Chamber of Secrets were really good, especially the latter one.

But The Prisioner of Azkaban was still pretty good, they used the same formula from the GBC games rather than the other GBA games that were more action. It would have been much better if they had have done more with the GBA, and the Final Boss was just too easy. Overall though it was a fun game to play exploring Hogwarts and all  :)

I never actually got into the Harry Potter games.

Personally, i think it's better left a book franchise.

I have only played that Harry Potter game on the PSX but I was stuck at this thing where I have to walk over something and some cat can't see me or else I'm dead. So I soled it. It was nice for a while though.

I think harry potter sucks.
But if you like it that's just how you feel.
In my opinion all harry potter games are crap.

Well, I agree with you thaddius, this game is pretty good.

Have you played 'all harry potter games'? There are at least 15 games out, as they're all quite different for each platform. I'd highly doubt you would have played all of them, some of them are quite good so if your going to say they are all crap, well just make sure you've played them all,  k?  :(

It's fine. A lot of people have a biased against such games.

the forst two for gba (sorcerer stone and chamber of secrets) weren't amazing but again I'm enjoying the third.

The only problem I have is the best way to fill up your health and mp is to level up. but it's something worth tolerating.

Most rpgs these days have aweful stories anyway and the fact that it's loosly linked to a pretty good story I can tolerate it.

They are all based around the same theme.
Not making much of a difference between in any of them.

After all that is just my opinion, If you all like it I don't have a problem.............

I guess if you hate all Harry Potter games because they have Harry Potter in it, that's ok. But since you haven't played all the games you can't immediatly assume that there isn't much of a difference between them. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets on GBC was a strictly RPG game. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets on GBA was an action game mixed with a few RPG elements. Every single Harry Potter game has an alternative storyline from the book, as well from each other, just because they're based around the same theme, doesn't mean the gameplay is going to be the same.

The storyline will be similar, since it is a series afterall, the main characters will be the same, but the gameplay could be completely different, that's why it's not good to assume these things about the Harry Potter games. Just because one of them is bad doesn't mean they'll all be immediatly bad, it just means that the game series on a whole is probably not that good, and very far from perfect  :P

i quite like P.O.A probably because it had some wicked graphics...better than the others lol...it got a bit boring for me tho

It wasn't as good as it's formers and it was too short but if you like it!
