In some other topic replied something about how rare it was that I actually laugh when playing a game so I wanted to make a topic of it ;p
There's plenty of games which feature humor in it..but not many that are actually funny in my experience.
Me personally- I've had a few laughs over Simpsons Road rage, Abe's Oddesey (sp?) and some of the random remarks people make in GTA: SA (steroids make your **** do WHAT?)..but none as much as the character Laguna Loire. Maybe if I played it again now it would just seem silly but as far as I know thats the only realistic (well sort of) game character that made me laugh.

It wasn't really the game that made me laugh per se. But me and a friend were playing need for speed hot pursuit 2 on my ps2 and there were 4 cars following us. We all drove over some jump at once. We watched the review of that over and over and we couldn't stop laughing.

That's about all i can think of, hard to think of games that were funny.

Conker's Bad Fur Day

Tales of Symphonia had funny moments because of Lloyd and Genis.
Conker's Bad Fur Day was funny because he runs around trying to get home and ends up in wars and fighting aliens.
Mario was pretty funny because of the koopa guys reactions towards Bowser.

Paper mario was so funny because theres this point wen a bomb is gonna die and if you have the yoshi out the bomb says "goodby im gonna die..."
and then Mario hits him with the hammer and then the bomb is all "now i'm in heaven" (or somthing like that) and then Yoshii is all "shut up your not dead nutsack" oh that was funny.
Spongebob the movie was funny when a repair man is repairing a phone and sponge bob pulls out an allarm clock and the repair man scereams and runs away it was so unexpected it was funny(sorry for making it a long post)

Warcraft 2. When I was in grade 7 I remember laughing at one of the heroes that, after clicking on him about 20 times, would say, "Stop that inceasant clicking". I found that rather amusing.
Other than that no games have really been that funny. Conkey wasn't funy to me. it was jsut crude for the sake of being crude.
Oh! I liked that line from Destroy all Humans where the main guy is instructed to talk to some cows and he says, "You want me to converse with those bloated bovine gas bags over there? But they're covered in NIPPLES!"
