You forgot glasses. some people actually wear those.
Me, i have good eyes =) My eyes have adjusted to the blaring Computer monitor and they hurt more from walking outiside for two minutes during the day than they do at staring at the monitor for 30 hours straight.

-3?? Wow you don't really need glasses. My percription is something around -50 to -70 in both eyes.
