You do realise that football is known in quite a few countries as soccer. You might want to specify whether you're talking about soccer or American football.

Football is my prefrence (American). Watch The Longest Yard  ;)

Though I do like Basketball.. I'm probably bitter 'cause I can't dunk (I plan to be able to by the end of the summer).

I would rather play football (not the American type) then play basketball because I am too short for that. I don't like watching either one of them on tv, if a couple of my friends would play I would like to watch that.

Prefer playing Basketball since you can be so creative in your play. Also, I believe basketball is more of a team sport than Football. A football team is very dependent on the quarterback, much like how a hockey team is very dependant on its goalie. For basketball, I believe everyone on the team is equally important.

Watching, I like both.
