This is another site that has TONS of Romance of 3 Kingdom. It's in Simplified Chinese though... But it has almost all games that's related to Sangokushi(Romance of 3 Kingdom)

I download and unzipped it..but there aren't any unique icons except for many files and few same looks blank applications.. Sorta look like windows, but blank.and those are all MS-Dos Application. I tried to click on one of it and it said not enough memory.

You should find a file in there with .exe at the end. Or a file that says setup. If you still have to install it.

click the file with RTK4WIN.
Be sure to run it in 256 colors (to change that. right-click then properties then compatibilty and run in 256 colors.)
Im not even sure about not enough memory...maybe you were running to much programs or you have insuffiecient RAM.
