Does somebody know why, if I make an event i can't see the OK-button to create the event?

your screen resolutions to small change it on your desktops properties!

1280 by 1024 pixels is the recommended resolution for using RPG Maker XP.

If your monitor can't have that resolution then the only thing you can do is press the Tab key until nothing is selected on the screen so you know that the ok button is selected. (Sometimes hard to tell if nothing is selected on screens like the tileset screen). :-/
