Is there any difference between the two unit ? NDS Jap Unit & NDS EU Unit ? Like the language or something .. or any difference .. i would like to know .. thanks

No difference at all apart from language.

I'm pretty sure it can change the language, since US units can go Japanese.

Yup, thats right, no difference what so ever, other than the instructions that come in the box and the plug to charge the DS up...
