I've been looking around the web for a good image editing program but i cant seem to find any...
All i really want to do is resize some jpg's and gif's and do some cutting and cropping.
I downloaded L View Pro a long time ago and i didn't like how it took over managing all the images on my PC.. then the computer crashed and i lost it, and i don't really want to get L View again.
Can you guys suggest any?

PhotoImpression 4. Not only does it manage the things you suggested, but it's also good for low-level avy making. If you're a beginner, this thing is great for you.
