could you plz post a link to thee instructions of this or just tell me how can i make the character cross from one map to another

Use the 'Teleport' event.
Need more explination, just post. :)

how can i make the character go to the map 2 from the map one. see this

Ok.
Set an event on the Hole, choose 'Teleport' as the event.
Next, click the little '.....' next to 'Specific Locatior'.  Choose which map and where to teleport to.
This is if you are using RPG Maker XP.  I am not sure of how to do it on the others, but it is probably similar.

Enter the event layer and make a new event.
Inside the event you need to open the Event Commands screen...
If you are using RMXP then Teleport is on the second Tab.
When you choose Teleport a new screen will come up, click on the selection box under 'Specific Location' and a view of the map your on will come up.
On that screen you can select a different map from the left menu and click anywhere on the map for the position that you would like to teleport to.

If you want the teleport to other maps to be automatic then be sure to select 'Hero Touches Event' on the Event Triggers list on the bottom left of the main event screen. ;)
