Search for it on google, it's illegal to give a link for it on here ;) as essentially it's the operating system, or what makes the Playstation.. the Playstation. So yeah, search for it, it's pretty easy to find. I found it within 1 minute, and i'm still a PSX emulation n00bz0rz.

Visual Boy Advance CE is a low resource using version of VBA that can be run on lower spec computers at much better speeds with only a slight drop in quality. From what i know Hiroshi actually developed it, but that's what i got from an outside source in fact.
